£30,791.00- £32,572.00per annum
(Additional payment of £262.89 per week whilst on call)

What will you do as part of the role?
Carry out required plumbing repairs and maintenance operations
Carry out other repairs and maintenance works in line with your skills and expertise
Provide a high level of customer service to our tenants
Work effectively with the aim of completing works on a ‘right first time’ basis
Ensure safe working practices are always followed
Ensure accurate records are maintained
Work closely with colleagues across the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit to deliver to a consistently high standard
We are looking for people who want to use their skills and expertise to have a positive impact on the lives of residents. You will also:
Have experience of installation and maintenance in domestic and commercial properties.
Hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, certificate in Plumbing.
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is essential.
