Responsibilities
Main duties: To support with preparation of legal documents and manage client relationships; to support the managing director.
The Role:
– To support with preparation and drafting of legal documents
– To update and maintain accurate client information and manage client onboarding processes
– To liaise with new and existing clients and maintain great working relationships
– To assist with contract negotiation
– To research and collate information for commercial agreements (including non-disclosure agreements)
– To manage distribution of legal documents and ensure signatures are collected in a timely manner
– To assist with identifying and qualifying legal risks in order to support the legal team
– To support the managing director
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in Spanish to business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in an administrative role – Essential
– Background within the legal sector would be an advantage
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
