Main duties of the job
Pro-actively support All Age Continuing Care (AACC) Lead Administrator and Business Manager in the provision of business support to the NHS All Age Continuing Care team and (in some areas integrated Quality functions). Thiswill include providing business, secretarial and administrativesupport
Completion of activities to ensure that the NHS AllAge Continuing Care processes run efficiently and within mandatedtimescales.
Responsible for completing the administration functions for invoice queries and reimbursement claims for AACC. Investigating the invoice queries and responding/challenging providers where necessary and responding to internal colleagues.
Liaise with Operational Teams where required to resolve queries.
Todeliver work in a timely manner ensuring adherence to National Framework timescales
Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the Head of Service and BusinessManager
Part time hours can be considered within this job.

Essential
10. Educated to GCSE/O level grade C in English or equivalent
11. Educated to NVQ 2 level in Business Administration/Management or relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
12. Significant administrative experience including maintaining office systems.
13. Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
14. Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
15. Experience of taking detailed and complex minutes
16. Experience of the application of the Confidentiality and Data Protection Act.
17. Demonstrable supervisory experience of a small team.
