The Role: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for teaching young children and a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for delivering a creative and inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of KS2 students.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages pupils to take ownership of their learning.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development of each child.
* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching KS2 students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and child development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
* A passion for working with children and a dedication to fostering a love of learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
