About you: We are looking for a self-motivated person who has a passion for supporting teaching and learning by establishing supportive relationships with students, helping to raise their self-esteem and develop a positive attitude to learning within a primary academy. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment. You will be patient, and able to use your initiative, to support students in the classroom to ensure that they are making progress academically, socially, and emotionally. Previous experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and mathematics.
