Reconciliation Analyst - Rathbone Background Due to the more complex nature of the Rathbone mixed use asset, a number of bespoke processes have grown up to manage requirements specific to this asset: - Cross recharge of costs between commercial and residential properties. - Management of heat network and tenant billings., including engagement on billing from 3rd party energy brokers. - Support for a complex service charge structure. This is in the context of ongoing financial adjustments and postings agreed with CBRE and our client to resolve historic matter, which are further complicating BAU process management, increasing risk for CBRE. Due to this complexity and management of historic setup and accounting processes, the existing team are struggling to manage this along with day to day processes, and therefore having a role on a fixed term basis to clear historic areas and document BAU would be beneficial to close out a number of matters. Key Responsibilities - Rec of debtor on commercial vs creditor on resi for the cross recharge of service charge liability, rent, insurance and utilities. - Processing of any adjustments to debtor accounts. - Correct allocation of CBRE settlement funding to ensure funds are held correctly to enable smooth day to day cash management. - Process adjustments for any Sycous utility billings and associated reworks if required. - Documentation of bespoke processes specific to this asset for PMA Person Specification/Requirements - Self-starter. - Understands a reconciliation process in relation to charging. - Experience of account reconciliation both tenant and supplier. - Tramps knowledge would be very beneficial. - Excellent MS office skills. - Able to work under time pressure with minimal supervision on key tasks. - Good interpersonal skills and able to engage with individuals at all level of our business. - Able to present work or findings back to manager/group.
