Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their team during a four to six-week period. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel.
The role of Administrator
* Arrange regular maintenance for equipment and internal systems.
* Manage the Visa payment process with suppliers.
* Address escalated or general queries from stores.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of utilities contracts.
* Respond to specific contract inquiries.
* Update databases with information obtained from the wider facilities team regarding projects.
* Provide specific utilities-related data.
* Assist Facilities Managers in delivering effective responses to the business.
* Monitor external activities such as waste disposal and recycling.
* Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
* Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners, including suppliers, insurance agents, and security guards.
The ideal Administrator
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in a facilities or similar environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
