New Oakwood Lodge is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Senior Administrator for our drug and alcohol rehabilitation service in Derby.
This fantastic opportunity will involve managing all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day administration and finance processes for the service.
The Role
As a Senior Administrator, you will provide and lead on the administrative processes to support the service. The role is full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches.
About You
To join us as Senior Administrator, you will need:
* A good standard of numeracy and literacy
* Previous experience of processing invoices and managing petty cash
* Ability to write reports as required and present information in a cohesive and understandable format
* Ability to understand and interpret financial data and management accounts
* Experience of using databases and/or financial management systems
* Experience of working on your own initiative and managing your workload effectively
* Ability to demonstrate drive to achieve agreed objectives, targets and deadlines

The Service
New Oakwood Lodge is a unique enhanced Therapeutic Community offering support to people wishing to address their problematic drug and alcohol use. Set in a psychologically informed environment, our CQC registered service provides specialist support for those with co-existing mental health needs. The lodge boasts modern and spacious accommodation set within 4 Acres of beautiful mature gardens and a highly experienced team providing a safe and supportive environment for people to begin their recovery journey.

Interview Process
We want you to feel comfortable to be your best during the interview process, so that you can get to know Phoenix and we can get to know you. If shortlisted, you will be contacted for a short face to face / digital interview via Microsoft Teams for approximately week commencing 03/02/2024 and be provided all details about the role. There will be a service user panel as part of the interview process. All details will be provided in advance so that you can feel adequately prepared, and we can support you with reasonable adjustments as required.
