Salary - £23,932.48 Closing Date - Sunday 16th February What you’ll be doing You’ll be at the heart of our customer care team, providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently, your day-to-day will include: Offering the necessary guidance and support to all customers (Internal and external) through online chat facility, email and calls. To communicate information accurately and efficiently to customers and management, should there be any potential threat to service. Respond to incoming chat and written correspondence in accordance with agreed service levels. Ensuring customers are responded to quickly in line with our service levels. Updating all systems to allow full traceability of all customer issues. To be able to advise customers effectively on products or services. To analyse and provide feedback on all enquiries received within the department with a view to implementing improvement actions. To ensure agreed service levels are met. What you’ll bring to the team We’re looking for a great communicator with a passion for helping people. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Previous online chat experience. An excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective telephone manner and good telephone handling techniques, also a good listener and be able to identify with customer needs. To remain calm in difficult situations and understand how actions impact upon other colleagues. Effective problem-solving skills and good organisational skills and excellent Letter writing skills. Ability to use own initiative and take full responsibility for actions, to be a team player and show commitment and loyalty. To be able to accurately update customer records via IT technology and to gain knowledge of our product offering. To have knowledge & adhere to agreed working practices also excellent IT literate and SAP knowledge an advantage.
