We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to lead our Music Department as the Head of Music. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape a department and subject area and to showcase your love of music and boundless creativity.
The successful candidate will:
* Be visionary in shaping the Music Department and the musical life of the school
* Lead colleagues in delivering brilliant Music lessons, ensuring consistently high standards are achieved
* Lead on curriculum development in Music and plan creatively for high quality teaching, learning and assessment
* Help shape the career development of the Music team, providing opportunities for professional growth and equitable access to relevant training
* Develop the profile of Music and performing arts within the school and local context
* Share our commitment to building great learning communities for our students and inspire young women with a passion for Music
* Work collaboratively across the school
