We are looking for a Regional Process Manager in Glasgow (Start Date - March 2025)
The purpose of the role is to implement end-to-end repair service process based on global standards.
The job holder needs to establish strong collaboration within the service area leadership and Refurbished Tool Program (RTP) team to build a community of high performing teams.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to implement end-to-end repair service process based on global standards. The role involves leveraging on the global process community to generate new ideas, exporting and importing the best process practices and ensuring efficient end-to-end process flow.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible the implementation of the end-to-end repair service process (excl. RTE, RTS processes) within the service area based on global standards (GPMS)
2. Leveraging the Global Process community to generate new ideas, to export and import the best process practices and to ensure efficient end-to-end process flow
3. Responsible for the implementation of selected VIP services from the GTS catalogue
4. Responsible for the regional/local process documentations, maintain and store on GPMS, ensure min. global compliance and enhance with local legal regulations if required
5. Contribute to definition and locally execute regional roadmap (which mainly consists of functional global topics) & targets
6. Accountable to execute selected projects of regional roadmap
7. Responsible for regional Lean Management and to define the change management agenda bant with the responsible team leader
8. Coordinate upcoming system releases (eg SAP Systems/R3, ByD, INET, HOL, Connected App, Operating Data Analyser) with the local key users
9. Responsible to establish
appropriate key user community and ensure their competence
10. Proactively interact with the regional stakeholders, eg Service Marketing, channel management, Process experts, logistics, IT
11. Establish strong collaboration within the Service Area leadership & RTP team to build a community of high performing team

Our Regional Head Office is based at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we are located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. What you need is:
22. University degree, Master’s preferred
23. Extensive professional working experience as a leader in an operational environment with proven ability to engage and develop employees
24. Passion for working with people at all levels of the organization
25. Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, courage to make difficult decisions and take accountability
26. Proven change management experience
27. Identification with operations and willingness to "get hands dirty"
28. Willingness to travel and international mobility for a next carrier step
