JOB SUMMARY
The Physician Recruitment Coordinator will support recruiters on requisition, meeting scheduling and interview coordination between candidates and recruiters or hiring managers. The Physician Recruitment Coordinator manages administrative functions related to full-lifecycle recruitment process and maintains excellent relations with recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates, and the community at-large.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
1. Scheduling status meetings between recruiters and hiring managers.
2. Scheduling candidate interviews with either recruiters or hiring managers. If travel is involved, the coordinator will support the candidate in travel logistics in coordination with executive's support team. This may include last minute scheduling changes.
3. Documenting interview schedules and meetings in ATS in the associated requisition or candidate profile.
4. Being a strong representative of the brand and creating a positive candidate experience by assisting in the coordination of all communication with candidates, providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about Baylor Scott and White Health and career opportunities.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
2. Excellent social skills required to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Experience in researching, examining and disseminating information, and managing time-sensitive projects to meet deadlines.
4. Excellent ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
5. Excellent computer skills with Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Office Suite).
6. Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
2. EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience.
