This role will involve working closely with hiring managers, driving candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, extending offers, overseeing background checks, and collaborating with local teams to support a smooth onboarding process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences, this is the role for you Your Role Take ownership of filling open requisitions by sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for each role. Provide a world-class experience for candidates from the very first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment journey. Ensure vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and attracting the most qualified talent. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including passive sourcing, networking, online job postings, employee referrals, and collaborating with external recruiters as needed. Review resumes and evaluate candidates to build a strong shortlist for interviews. Offer insights and recommendations to hiring managers, highlighting each candidate’s strengths and potential areas for development. Extend job offers and clearly explain the total compensation package to selected candidates. Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and improvements, proactively expanding sourcing strategies and exploring new channels. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to successful onboarding. A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to drive results. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven facts and recommendations effectively. Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage with management, candidates, and external partners at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to assess and prioritize tasks independently. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. A global mindset and demonstrated cultural awareness, with the ability to work in diverse international contexts. While much of the recruitment process can be handled remotely, we ask that you attend the office in person at least once per month to foster team collaboration, participate in strategic planning sessions, and build stronger connections with your colleagues across the organization. These in-office visits will help strengthen relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure that you remain closely aligned with the broader goals and culture of Twinkl.
