Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt as necessary to meet the needs of the class.
* Maintain high standards of behavior management, ensuring school policies are consistently upheld.
* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, fostering a culture of respect and engagement.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress, behavior, and engagement.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Cover Supervisor in a school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
* A proactive and confident approach to handling classroom challenges.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
