About the Role
Supporting the daily operations of a premium Russell & Bromley concession, the Concession Manager will drive sales, elevate customer service standards, and ensure a seamless in-store experience aligned with the brand's values. This role involves managing a motivated team, analysing sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment. The Concession Manager will report to the Area Manager and work closely with the Head Office team to ensure alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the concession team to achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
* Oversee stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient replenishment to maximise sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.
* Deliver training and daily support to the team, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand values.
* Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the brand’s premium positioning and meet company guidelines.
* Conduct regular team briefings to communicate goals, updates, and priorities effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
* Maintain operational excellence, including compliance with health and safety standards, cash handling, and back-of-house processes.
* Monitor competitor activity to stay informed on market trends and customer expectations.

About You
* 3-5 years of experience in retail management, ideally within a premium or luxury brand environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness with experience in analysing sales data and driving performance.
* Organised and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Passionate about fashion and delivering a premium customer experience.
* Confident in working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
