As Senior Asset & Repairs Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Lead and manage the Property Services team, ensuring effective performance and support.
Oversee procurement and management of property-related contracts, ensuring compliance and value for money.
Ensure resident homes meet health, safety, and Decent Homes standards, including compliance with all legislation.
Manage responsive repairs, planned works, and major improvement projects.
