Location : Birmingham or Northampton Hours : 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us What will you be responsible for? As Claims Handler, you'll be working within the Claims team, supporting in proactively managing caseloads of highway claims through to completion. Your day to day will include: Managing a caseload of highway claims from start to finish, compiling reports, reviewing evidence, assessing liability, and communicating decisions to claimants Negotiating claims settlements within agreed authority levels Maintaining accurate claim records within the reporting system Controlling input from loss adjusters on cases they are instructed to handle Building strong and collaborative relationships with our clients What are we looking for?
