We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team in this challenging role delivering a highly commercial sourcing service. We look to create opportunities for rehousing within the private rented sector at a significant scale to assist in the prevention of homelessness.
Working as part of the team you will be delivering a high quality frontline service to citizens and engaging landlords and agents with our incentive packages to create availability of suitable private rental accommodation including temporary and long term housing options.
As a Letting Negotiator you will need to have strong negotiation skills, good time management along with the ability to prioritise your workload and a positive mind set. You will be assisting colleagues from our Housing Options Service in preventing homelessness for households in crisis and will be looking to forge stronger links with private sector landlords and agents.
