Job Description
As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and demonstrate effective leadership. Lead by example and coach your team to deliver excellent customer service!
You’ll also define daily objectives, drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and daily operations, and promote employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections by celebrating successes!

Additionally, you should have:
* Relevant prior experience as a Store Manager or similar role within retail or hospitality.

* Experience in sharing knowledge to influence behavioral change and develop team members.
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
