The Opportunity
Our Regional Account Managers are instrumental in delivering the highest level of service while maximising the benefits of our products and services.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be entrusted with managing and growing our single site Key Accounts - at the forefront of driving growth, enhancing customer productivity and sustainability goals, and ensuring excellent satisfaction.
This is a field-based role which requires travel aligned to customer requirements; therefore, flexibility is needed for some mid-week overnight stays. The geographical location covers South East England.
* £5,200 per year car allowance.

More About The Role
* Manage approx. 50 single site Key Accounts, attaining a deep understanding of our customers to ensure all SLA's are being met, identifying, and presenting tailored solutions to further enhance their productivity to meet their immediate and future needs.
* Develop, manage, and control your sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining activity reports and achieving set monthly KPI targets to drive business growth.
* Cultivate and maintain strong positive working relationships internally across all areas of Safetykleen, collaborating to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
* Promote Safetykleen's Account Management ‘ways of working,’ acting as a role model, supporting colleagues in upskilling, and implementing best practices.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software to track progress and facilitate informed decision-making.
* Assist the Team Leader in their absence, ensuring team activities are aligned with objectives and targets are met.
