Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Service Supervisor Engineer, located in King's Lynn. The Refrigeration Service Supervisor Engineer will be responsible for organizing the service team along with day-to-day service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ASHP units. Daily tasks include field service visits, providing technical support, and ensuring efficient performance of HVAC systems. Effective communication with clients and team members is also an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
* To work and help organize a team of multi-skilled service engineers.
* To assist in improvement/training of apprentices.
* Work closely with the office team to improve customer support.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
* Field Service experience.
* Technical Support expertise.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and on-site.
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Refrigeration or HVAC.
