Purpose
To execute the therapy area medical education programme from Chiesi owned initiatives to third party conferences. Working with the marketing team to set, communicate and manage the end-to-end events management process, in line with the Chiesi Standard Operating Procedures and the ABPI Code of Practice and work towards the delivery of high-quality customer focused experiences which complement the strategic plan
Main Responsibilities
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Staying organised, managing your time effectively, and keeping an eye on the details will come naturally to you, even when juggling multiple tasks
• Able to work in line with company SOPs and understanding ABPI
• Flexibility to travel
Responsibilities
• Management and execution of medical education events for the therapy area in line with strategic plan – 80% Neonatology, 20% Transplant
• Owning the delivery of our medical education programme in collaboration with customers and be responsible for leading the onsite management of the event where needed.
• Take ownership of the approval, delivery (including attendance) and feedback across in person, online and 3rd party events
• Ensure all events activities are on time, on budget and compliant with company standard operating procedures and ABPI always
• Developing events project plan(s) and keeping marketing and wider cross functional team informed and up to date
• Effective management of event finances, including but not limited to budgets, tracking, transfer of value, including PO management with sales and marketing assistant
• Management of supplier and customer contracts in line with company SOPs
• Ability to successfully manage marketing and events materials through relevant approval processes from concept to implementation
• Ability to use Chiesi CRM systems effectively
• In conjunction with the marketing team, support speakers on content approval, inviting attendees, event communication, among other activities.
