About the Role The Project Engineer is responsible of supporting the Programme Manager in the provision of a safe, on-schedule and on-budget maintenance projects in transactional service programmes within the Netherlands. Provide overall support to Site Management functions and responsibility for site-based work in all concerned power plants. As the Customers’ point of contact within Mitsubishi Power, the Project Engineer along with the Project Management Team, will manage all internal stakeholders across numerous departments to achieve the aims of the concerned contracts and satisfy the Customer’s requirements. What will you do in the role? Act as main point of contact of Mitsubishi Power in front of Customer and ambassador of Customer within Mitsubishi Power group. Manage of all aspects of onsite operation and outage, attending to the division of responsibilities on each project. Handle day-to-day Customer interaction plus day-to-day commercial and technical issues of the assigned projects. Support throughout the planning stage for all Outages, including creating work scopes, workload planning and post outage activities. Assist with the commercial process of Projects, such as request for Quotation and cost estimations for service proposals. Provide first response technical support during unplanned maintenance events. Support with Reliability programmes and investigative work for any component issues. Lead the QHSE for each project, ensuring alignment with Customer’s expectations. Support and promote continuous improvement of QHSE during each operation and outage. What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have? University degree or similar in Engineering with a strong understanding of thermodynamics and power generation Experience in power generation or heavy-duty industry, experience in Project Management is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Organised and can effectively prioritise High degree of commercial acumen, numeracy, and general diplomacy.
