We are recruiting Customer Service Centre Telephony Agents who will be based at DVSA, The Ellipse, Swansea.
The purpose of the role is to provide quality support, advice and guidance service to both internal and external customers contributing to the improvement of road safety, environmental standards and the reduction of vehicle crime.
Your main duties will be to:
1. Handle inbound customer contact consisting of telephone calls and e-mail correspondence
2. Deliver a consistent and productive service to both internal and external customers.
3. Support the promotion of DVSA's digital services
4. Use judgement to action DVSA/customer requirements in line with current procedures and practices
5. Ensure all administrative work is completed and recorded accurately
6. Use information resources to support customer service
7. Keep up to date with current procedures and practices
8. Work effectively as part of a team, participate in team meetings and contribute towards staff engagement plan
