We are committed to sustainability and driving the expansion of the UK's renewable energy sector, particularly offshore wind. Now is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on this transformative journey towards a greener future.
We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their career with our Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) apprenticeship. Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience in health, safety, and environmental management while supporting a strong safety culture across the business, develop valuable skills in coaching, risk assessment, incident investigation, auditing, and policy development, and work towards a Safety, Health & Environment Technician Level 3 qualification—all while earning as you learn.

As part of the review and audit process, you will assist in internal audits, help identify opportunities for improvement, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will conduct regular safety inspections and observations, ensuring high safety standards across the business.
In incident investigation, you will develop competence in root cause analysis (RCA), learning how to identify root causes of incidents, provide recommendations for prevention, and communicate lessons learned across the company.
Additionally, you will contribute to policy and standard development by helping to enhance the company’s Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards.
