As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, troubleshooting, and providing high-quality IT support. Role Overview As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. You will assist employees and clients with troubleshooting, installations, and IT system maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in IT support.
