You will be responsible for managing all social media activities and online presence for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
* Implement social media strategy, creating engaging and relevant content for social media channels
* Our Executive is responsible for overseeing organic content creation, delivery and analysis across all social channels during their day. This will include manage social channels to engage audiences and monitor their response, support the development of brand campaigns, and support content creations for press releases, articles and keynote presentations.
* Brand guardian of visual aesthetic of all social media channels, responsible for curating a look and feel appropriate for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester.
* Organise and oversee photo and video shoots with paid content creators
* Management of daily posting on Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester related outlet channels
* Management / creation of templates for stories, posting daily
* Advise on new campaigns, presenting micro-strategies for new concepts / offerings for the restaurant
* Communicate and liaise with our public relations team to further reach new clientele
* Our Executive is responsible for assisting the public relations team in all tasks in executing print/ online and overseeing collateral and the promotion of the restaurant externally. This will include coordinating internal and external marketing communications, maintaining a positive image and brand.
* Community management monitoring and response for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchesters channels specifically (includes out of normal working hours).
* Implement regular training with the team to enhance their understanding of our social strategy, advising on guidelines
* Monitor industry trends + best practices, as well as competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations regarding new strategies
* Create regular newsletters to promote the restaurant, communicate new offers and develop guest engagement and activity
* Creation of monthly reports and detailing performance metrics, analyzing all channels and results of influencer collaborations, online reviews, newsletter engagement etc.
* Develop and maintain a content calendar with upcoming posts, newsletter activities etc.
* Monitor and analyze results regularly from social and communication activity, reporting weekly to director of communications

* Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Executive must communicate with the entire team, other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.

What you'll bring
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Previous experience managing high profile social media channels and reputation management skills
* Previous experience using content management systems
* Strong project management skills
* Strong communication skills and public relations experience
* Proven track record of designing and executing successful social media campaigns
* Excellent attention to detail
* An eye for a pleasing aesthetic across social media and online platforms
* Previous experience with reporting platforms
* Some level of knowledge of Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office desirable but not essential.
* Highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
