LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Aftersales Executive to join our team at our dealership in Macclesfield. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional aftersales support and services to our customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
As a Senior Aftersales Executive, you will take the lead in managing customer relationships, coordinating service appointments, and collaborating with our service and parts teams to guarantee seamless operations.
Your expertise will help drive customer retention and enhance the overall aftersales experience at LSH Auto.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer enquiries related to aftersales services and provide prompt and accurate responses.
2. Coordinate service appointments and follow up on scheduled service work.
3. Ensure effective communication between customers and the service department regarding service status and updates.
4. Assist in developing strategies to improve aftersales service delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues in a timely manner.
6. Support the aftersales manager in maintaining operational efficiency and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in a customer-facing aftersales role within the automotive industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
6. Familiarity with automotive service management software is a plus.
7. A valid driver's licence.
