Dedicated to delivering a high standard in cuisine, liquor & service levels, my client is adamant that these qualities can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner. They have an epic venue with 120 covers attached, a nice outside area for the long summer nights, and a bar/lounge area, serving fresh food to the highest quality. The site has several PDR's attached and oversees a team of about 45, dealing with all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on wet sales due to the location and passing trade - weekly sales A£60/95,000 plus.
The General Manager Role:
1. As General Manager, you will remain focused on delivering excellent customer service and consistent, quality food & drink.
2. My client's General Managers remain visible at all times - a charismatic and 'face of the business' management style is needed.
3. This venue is a key site in the portfolio and is expected to go from strength to strength with the right General Manager.
4. This role requires a General Manager who excels at training & developing their staff, monitoring standards, and who likes to lead from the front.
The General Manager Person:
