National Account Executive
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Per annum + Car Allowance, 10% Bonus (up to 15%), Pension, Private Healthcare and Holiday
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid working ideally 3 days office-based and 2 days from home)
Our client, a leading global consumer organisation, is looking to recruit a National Account Executive to manage and develop a portfolio of key customers. This is a feeder role, so you will shadow the National Account Managers on certain larger accounts as part of the development plan.
What will my accountabilities be?
* Deliver volume and profits targets with key accounts, predominately in the hospitality and leisure sector
* Build collaborative and effective partnerships with customers to ensure retention and growth
* Work closely with Operations, to deliver high customer service levels
* Manage CRM tools, and alongside the Finance team track and monitor commercial activity
Qualifications & Experience:
A proven track record of delivering commercial results with customers, working on joint business plans and building long-term relationships. You are a very capable presenter and influencer, both internally and externally with excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
A self-starter with a growth mindset who wants the opportunity to learn and grow. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a field sales or regional sales role to move into a full blooded National Account Management position.
