A Deputy Manager job is now available in Leicester.
This position is part of a well-established care group that has been operating for over 40 years, offering exceptional support in the form of a Head Office and Quality team, Operations Director, and experienced hands-on Directors.
The role is within a small home that has a real community feel, where staff, residents, and relatives are all locals.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and management within the care home.
2. Ensure compliance with CQC and care standards.
3. Support staff development and training.
4. Engage with residents and their families to foster a positive environment.
Qualifications:
1. Previous Care Home leadership experience.
2. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care at a minimum; NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management is advantageous but not required.
