Are you a skilled electrician looking to make an impact at one of the UK's most iconic automotive sites? Ford Halewood Transmissions Ltd (FHTL) is seeking a proactive and experienced Electrician to join our Central Area Maintenance Team.
You'll work on a wide range of critical electrical systems, from plant infrastructure and lighting to comfort cooling systems and AHUs. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
?? What You'll Do:
* Carry out electrical installations: conduit, tray work, armoured cable, trunking, etc.
* Connect/disconnect tap-off boxes and assist with machine moves and installs
* Maintain internal/external lighting systems
* Service & repair comfort cooling systems, plant chillers, and compressors
* Work with pneumatic and water lines
* Maintain AHU systems and support the plant's effluent process
* Deliver preventive maintenance and continuous improvement actions (Kaizen, 5 Whys)
* Contribute to cost-saving and performance-boosting initiatives
