Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher

Salary Scale: £130-£230 per day

We are seeking a Special educational needs (SEN) teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school catered for children with Special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with diverse learning needs on a one-to-one or small group basis.
- Assist in the development and delivery of tailored educational programs.
- Help create an inclusive and nurturing environment for students to thrive.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the needs of all students are met.
- Encourage independence and confidence in students, supporting their emotional and social development.
- Inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Track and assess students progress, providing feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide specialized teaching and support to students with special educational needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in Special Educational Needs or related field.
- Experience working with students with a range of learning difficulties, including SEN, dyslexia, autism, and more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
- GCSE or equivalent at grade C (Pass) or above.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' academic and emotional development.
- Previous experience working within education.
- Strong Communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
