Main Purpose-Working for a large FM and maintenancepany. This role is working on the Ministry of Defence account, which involves maintenance and statutorypliance register.
You will primarily be responsible for the technical administration of the backlog of reports within the back office maintenance team that deal with Asbestos Management. Liaising with external surveyors and engineers who will send in their reports in various formats, you will be inputting this data and uploading spreadsheets in the correct format. High attention to detail is of the utmost importance due to the nature of the information relating to asbestos. There is a backlog of reports with errors that need to be amended and inputted on the system.
