In addition w e will support you through your 2 year Graduate Programme to develop and progress in your chosen career path. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing. Preparing and sending out of Sub-contract enquires. Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements. Attending, contributing to, and taking minutes of meetings as required. Preparing Valuations with Client’s, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued. Re-measuring work using site measurement and measurement from drawings. Re-measurement of subcontract applications and processing subcontract payments. Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations. What we need from you: You'll be degree educated or due to graduate in the summer of 2025 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject. You should be focused and highly motivated, as well as excellent planning/prioritising and time-management skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, as well as the ability to cope under pressure.
