Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and execute projects in alignment with PM@DX guidelines, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project execution, from planning and coordination to implementation and closure, focusing on customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Support sales in the bid phase to understand project deliverables and feasibility.
* Handover Validation: Validate and accept the sales handover.
* Risk Management: Continuously assess risks and define mitigation measures.
* Project Planning: Prepare the project plan, communication strategy, and assign team responsibilities.
* Coordination: Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Site Readiness: Ensure all site prerequisites are met, maintaining a zero-harm culture.
* Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources, including business partners.
* Project Supervision: Supervise onsite activities and ensure successful customer handover.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to all training, qualifications, and certifications.
Key Qualifications/Experience:
* Must have experience within the Diagnostic industry
* Strong ability to drive project success, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
* Proficient in managing resources and coordinating across multiple teams.
* Experience in risk management and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual capable of independent decision-making to ensure that projects meet contractual obligations and business goals.
