Join Our Team as a Property Administrator!
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? We are looking for a proactive Property Administrator to support our dynamic property team. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining accurate property data, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring smooth property operations across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Update property systems with compliance, rent, rates, and insurance data.
* Liaise with branches, suppliers, landlords, and solicitors to gather essential information.
* Manage property-related queries and coordinate property inspections.
* Collate invoices, lease information, and compliance reports.
* Serve as the first point of contact for general property issues.
What We’re Looking For
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Attributes
* Experience in the service sector.
* Outgoing, approachable, and diplomatic demeanour.
* Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent qualifications.
