Job Description – KS1 SEN Teacher
1. Working in a Primary SEN School
2. Focus on children with Speech, Language, and communication difficulties
3. Delivering creative and engaging SEN lessons throughout
4. Adapting and differentiating the curriculum for learners with SEN
5. April 2025 (or September 2025) start – Permanent contract
6. Outer London pay scale MPS 1 – UPS 3 + SEN allowance
7. Located in London Borough of Bromley
Person Specification – KS1 SEN Teacher
1. MUST HAVE UK QTS
2. Good academics required - GCSEs, A Levels, and Degree
3. Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum & teaching standards
4. Proven record of good/outstanding feedback from lesson observations/performance management
5. Articulate, creative, and dedicated to supporting children with SEN
6. Passionate, positive & team player required
7. Confident & strong classroom management skills
8. Enthusiastic and committed to teaching children with SEN
