Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the precise assembly and disassembly of internal combustion engines.
Interpret engineering drawings accurately to ensure flawless implementation.
Competent in the use of hand and power tools, including spanners and torque wrenches, in daily tasks.
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Conduct tests using mechanical and electronic equipment, analyse data, and report on project progress.
Provide feedback on diagnostic applications and help validate software and hardware before OEM releases.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, particularly for diagnostic analysis and reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience with engine mechanics, ideally in a professional setting.
Strong mechanical background with experience using both hand and power tools.
Knowledge of technical and electrical experience is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to approach tasks and projects with a methodical mind-set.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A degree or qualifications in Motorsport Engineering or Automotive Engineering would be highly advantageous.
A full UK Driving License (preferably with a clean record).
