Service Advisor
Previous customer service in the motor trade industry is essential.
£30K Basic = OTE

Our client currently has a position available for a Service Advisor to work within their busy service department located in Ruislip.
This is a full-time position in which you will be expected to serve customers who have brought their vehicles in for servicing, MOT, or mechanical repairs, creating computerized job cards and invoices, liaising with fleet companies, and keeping customers informed as to the progress of their vehicle, as well as upselling any additional work identified.
The ideal candidate must have previous motor trade experience, be IT literate, have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to sell. The need to be flexible and dynamic is key for this role.
Customer service experience is essential for this role, as the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a desire to deliver a world-class customer service experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and alternating Saturdays 8am - 1pm.
