Join Our Team as a NICEIC Qualified Electrical Supervisor!
Coastline is excited to offer an opportunity to join our fantastic Services team. We are looking for a NICEIC Qualified Electrical Supervisor to carry out electrical installation and maintenance work on Coastline properties and estates throughout Cornwall.
This is a varied role that includes visiting our properties and customers’ homes to ensure electrical works are carried out to current regulations in a cost-effective and efficient manner. You will be responsible for accurately recording the results of the verification process on the appropriate certificates or inspection reports. Additionally, you will supervise other members of the electrical team, ensuring their competence and providing support and tutoring as needed. Maintaining the NICEIC registration, including overseeing the annual NICEIC assessment, is also a key part of this role.
We are seeking someone who holds City & Guilds 2330 Level 3, 2351 Levels 2 & 3, or 2360 parts 1 & 2, City & Guilds 2382-12 18th Edition, and City & Guilds 2391/2 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) qualifications. The ideal candidate has experience in electrical installation within social housing, both domestic and commercial, and working with the public. Experience in fault finding, repairs, and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) is essential. You should be able to complete task-specific risk assessments and method statements independently and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A great communicator who can work flexibly, either independently or as part of a team, is crucial. A full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check are required.
