As a Sustainability and Compliance Coordinator at Lathams you will be a key collaborator with managers around our business, suppliers and external bodies to ensure product compliance across a range of regulatory frameworks. Reporting into the Group Compliance and Environmental Manager you will ensure that we are following legislation, submitting accurate reports and maintaining accurate data. You will also train and coach colleagues to improve awareness and competence across the organisation. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with prior experience working in a similar role. You will need excellent IT skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.
