We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our legal services team.
What does this role involve?
As a Legal Services Administrator, you will assist with administrative support to the legal team, including management of the workflow, and produce legal documents.
Teamwork
You will support the team with matters on a daily basis, including dictation, meeting arrangements, travel and conferences, expense claims, and diary management.
You will also be responsible for managing the department databases, which includes setting up new clients and using checklists to ensure all details are available and recorded correctly.
You will produce client letters and letters of engagement and monitor the return of letters of engagement.

1. have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the capability to work independently and in a team
