Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum to primary students.
* Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages participation and achievement.
* Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to promote growth.
* Develop creative lesson plans using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each student’s holistic development.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and orderly space for learning.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and development activities to stay current in educational practices.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
* Support school policies and procedures, particularly safeguarding and child protection.

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
* Proven experience in UK primary schools, demonstrating your ability to inspire and engage students.

Working Conditions: As a Primary Teacher, you’ll work full-time within a school environment, primarily in the classroom. This role involves interacting with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, following the academic calendar. Occasional attendance at staff meetings and professional development activities outside regular school hours may be required.
