My client, a market leading manufacturer with a reputation for excellence, is looking for a confident and driving HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their People team.
* Permanent and fully on-site role
* Bar Hill - Own transport is required
* Up to £35,000
* Interviews taking place the week before Christmas!
This varied role will allow you the opportunity to provide top-notch administration and coordination across a great HR team.
Key Areas:
1. Lead recruitment campaign discussions with hiring managers
2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the interview processes
3. Liaise with candidates, coordinating interviews, leading on communication
4. Create, post and shortlist job vacancies
5. Manage the pre-boarding administration
6. Maintain employee and general files
7. Support the HR team with all administration
This role is ideal for a skilled administrator with experience in an HR team and a desire to develop their career further within HR. Familiarity with managing recruitment campaigns is a bonus, as you will be conducting interviews, coordinating with external agencies, and completing enhanced background checks.
