Role: Operations Graduate (leading to Deputy Shift Manager) Salary: £30,000 (increasing to £33,000 in Year 2) Location: Lacock, Wiltshire We are seeking a driven and ambitious Operations Graduate to join our production and packing facility in Lacock, Wiltshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food production, supply chain management, and operational excellence within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Upon joining as an Operations Graduate, you will spend 3 months undergoing a company-wide induction across various departments to understand and optimise processes, improve efficiency, and support key operational initiatives. You will then join the production department to continue your training and development. Alongside which, you will have the opportunity to study for a professional qualification and complete our Stonegate Management Course. Upon successful completion of your Operations Graduateship, you will have the opportunity to stay with Stonegate as a Deputy Shift Manager for one of our production shifts. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain operations. Assist in the implementation of new systems and best practices.
