Role As a Used Car Sales Executive working at Renault Cambridge, you will play a key role in managing and driving sales of high-quality used cars and not limited to the Renault, Dacia, and Alpine vehicles. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, ensuring vehicles are correctly prepared, priced, and presented to attract customers while delivering an outstanding buying experience. With Renault’s growing popularity, a thriving used car market, and the recent closure of other dealerships in the area, this role presents an excellent opportunity to capitalise on strong customer demand. For high-performing candidates, this position offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential well in excess of £50,000 per annum, with a basic salary of £24,000. Additional high-performance incentives are also available. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Preparation & Presentation: Ensure all used cars are accurately prepared for sale including quality checks, chip and paint repairs, and workshop inspections are completed in a timely manner. Ensure high-quality images and descriptions are uploaded to the website. Monitor stock pricing, ensuring vehicles are competitively positioned in the market. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, understanding their unique needs to match them with the perfect vehicle. Provide clear and engaging virtual and in-person vehicle demonstrations. Maintain excellent written and verbal professional communication throughout the sales process. Sales Process: Manage enquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and online chat. Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving individual and team sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, positive reviews, and repeat business. Provide aftersales support to enhance the overall customer experience. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on automotive trends, financing options, and dealership promotions. Monitor market trends and customer preferences to ensure a competitive edge.
