Job Function:
* Answering incoming calls from clients and colleagues quickly and efficiently
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements
* Generating contracts (AST) for potential tenants and landlords
* Dealing with tenant issues and maintaining communication with landlords and tenants, resolving issues promptly
* Collecting rent payments from tenants and issuing receipts
* Creating invoices to clients for payments to be made
Problem Solving:
* Through training, reaching a standard to answer queries regarding clients, properties, or taking messages for the relevant colleague
* Being thick-skinned and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and accurately or escalating issues if needed
Key Contacts/Relationships:
* Through training, gaining the confidence and ability to liaise with clients/buyers to fulfill customer requirements
* Liaising with team members to resolve customer queries in a timely manner. You will be serving customers face-to-face, acting as an ambassador for the company and promoting a professional image.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a Sales or Customer Service role is required
* Calm in pressurized situations
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships within the company and with customers and suppliers
* Punctual timekeeping skills
* A good telephone manner with persuasive ability
* Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile without being asked
* Proactive in recognizing situations that may occur and having a plan of action to help avoid any negative impact
* Computer skills must include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and browsers such as Internet Explorer and Google Chrome

Salary: Between £22,000 to £23,000 per year.
