We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical & Electrical Manager to join our dedicated and experienced teams. As a Mechanical & Electrical Manager, you will play a key role in the maintenance, conservation, and safety of the sites. You will support our mission to bring the stories of the sites and their people to UK-wide and international audiences, contributing to our vision of becoming a charity for everyone.
Manage the day-to-day M&E maintenance service operations, addressing helpdesk or emergency defects through site teams or contractors while adhering to the Maintenance and Facilities budget.
Oversee long-term projects, collaborating with key stakeholders and partners to deliver outstanding results.
Work closely with the Maintenance & Facilities Manager, providing expert advice to internal departments, stakeholders, and project teams.
Strong organisational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Enthusiasm for HRP’s mission and the ability to inspire contractors, stakeholders, and visitors alike.
Experience in working with heritage or historical buildings.
