What We Are Looking For:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing person with knowledge of the IT industry to support our growth and evolution with our Marketing. The right candidate will have a skillset that complements and expands that of our Head of Marketing and enables a well-rounded department looking to continue growth.
* Salary: 30-40K salary depending on experience, fit and industry understanding
* Full Time, Permanent
You will be responsible for influencing and executing Ikonic’s Marketing Plan alongside the Head of Marketing, and continuing the success we are seeing with our ongoing development, including website evolution, email marketing execution, LinkedIn development and creation of digital advertising such as Google Remarketing, whilst ensuring business as usual (BAU) output.
This is an exciting opportunity to promote and bring our brands to life, nurture and create relationships and market our business through all digital channels.
Role Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Manager:
* Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, website, email marketing, display ads, & Search Engine Optimisation (SEO – desirable but not essential)
* Manage social media platform - Building and maintaining a brands presence across LinkedIn social media
* Creation, writing and implementation of emails through our Spotler email marketing platform
* Build and create in WordPress using Elementor (or similar) for landing pages and overall website improvement
* Good written content for emails and web, and help with development of a thought-leadership communications strategy
* Collaborating with Product Managers to improve marketing results, and ensure effective comms of their products
* Ownership of Marketing for certain product sets, co-ordinating and developing their requirements and either creating, or outsourcing as necessary
* Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, such as Go-to-Market and Partner Marketing (white-label)
* Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic and audience engagement
* Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents, including development of White-label variations for resellers
* Development of brand awareness and online reputation
* Identify new markets, channels, and strategies for online growth
* As the company culture promotes helping others, ad hoc tasks may be assigned to the job holder that is not listed above

Role Requirements – Digital Marketing Manager:
* Experience collaborating with others on digital marketing campaigns
* Excellent Adobe Creative Suite Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work under pressure and manage various projects, as well as ensuring business as usual (BAU) communications
* Excellent organisational skills: able to prioritise workload according to ever-changing business needs
* Desire and ability to learn and continue learning about products and services
